Your tasks:
- Planning, tendering and execution of construction measures for sewage treatment plant construction
- Project management and exercise of the client function in all service phases of the HOAI with engineering offices, specialists and test experts
- Maintenance of sewage treatment plant construction in civil and process engineering as well as electrical, measurement, control and regulation technology
- Preparation of applications for projects requiring approval and projects eligible for funding
- Representation of the department head
Your profile:
- Completed studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) or Bachelor of Engineering in the field of civil engineering, urban water management, process engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or the career qualification for the third qualification level of the "Natural Science and Technology" career path with the specialist focus on "civil engineering and environmental administration service" in the field of "water management"
- Class B driving license (please enclose proof)
- Knowledge of contract and fee law (VOB / HOAI)
- Practical experience in tendering, awarding and handling construction and engineering services, ideally in the field of wastewater treatment plants
- Independent working style and the ability to work in a team as well as cost awareness and an economic way of thinking and working
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with AVA, e-tendering and GIS or the willingness to familiarize yourself with the specialist programs is desirable
