Your tasks:
- Processing drainage applications including approval, conditions, acceptance tests, recording defects and enforcing rectification of defects
- Processing applications, e.g. for major commercial construction projects or new development areas
- Advising citizens, construction parties and authorities regarding the drainage development of properties and the renovation of property drainage systems
- Enforcement of the drainage statutes, the Water Resources Act and the Bavarian Water Act
Your profile:
- Completed studies as a graduate engineer (FH) or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, water management or a comparable engineering degree
- Sound specialist knowledge is desirable, in particular of special construction methods in the field of urban water management and water and environmental protection
- Knowledge of general administrative law and the relevant DIN standards is an advantage
- Confident, engaging and service-oriented manner, good verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, careful and analytical way of working
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
