Your tasks:

  • Processing drainage applications including approval, conditions, acceptance tests, recording defects and enforcing the rectification of defects
  • Inspection of existing property drainage systems on the basis of the water protection area ordinance
  • Advising citizens, construction parties and authorities regarding the drainage development of properties and the renovation of property drainage systems
  • Enforcement of the drainage statutes, the Water Resources Act and the Bavarian Water Act

Your profile:

  • Completed studies as a graduate engineer (FH) or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, water management or a comparable engineering degree
  • Knowledge of general administrative law and the relevant DIN standards is an advantage
  • Sound technical and language skills are desirable, especially in special construction methods in the field of urban water management and water and environmental protection
  • Confident, engaging and service-oriented manner, good verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, careful and analytical way of working
  • Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
