Your tasks:
- Planning, coordination, tendering and execution of construction measures for sewers and special structures
- Carrying out contract awards in accordance with VOB, UVgO and VgV
- Exercising the client function in all HOAI service phases with engineering offices and specialists
- Self-monitoring of the sewage system in accordance with EÜV Bayern
Your profile:
- Completed studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur*in (FH) or Bachelor of Engineering in the field of civil engineering, urban water management, construction management, construction management, industrial engineering construction, environmental engineering or a comparable course of study or, alternatively, completed further training as a technician*in or Master craftsman* in the building trade with at least five years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering and the willingness to pursue further qualifications while working or the career qualification for the third qualification level of the specialist career path "Natural Science and Technology" with the specialist focus on "civil engineering and environmental administration service" specializing in "water management"
- Class B driving license (please enclose proof)
- Knowledge of contract and fee law (VOB / HOAI)
- Practical experience in the tendering, awarding and handling of construction and engineering services for wastewater treatment plants is an advantage
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience with AVA, e-tendering and GIS or the willingness to familiarize yourself with the specialist programs is desirable
- Independent working style and the ability to work in a team as well as cost awareness and an economic way of thinking and working
