For example, questions can be answered in German or English about satisfaction with the collection facilities for recyclables, the number of public waste garbage cans in green spaces or the cleanliness of the city center and playgrounds. The feedback helps to make the city cleaner and more sustainable.
The short questionnaire with 23 questions is the second part of the survey. The first part, which was conducted from October to November 2024, was open to 3,000 randomly selected citizens, of whom just under a third took part. The results from both parts of the survey will be published in early summer 2025 in the sustainability report of the waste management, street cleaning and urban greening company. The insights gained will help to develop solutions for the sustainable and economical design of public spaces.
