The "Recruitment" and "Case Management" departments of the Erlangen Job Center will advise you on the topics of work and vocational training in Germany. We support you in starting a job or vocational training or help you with language training. We work holistically and support you with family, health and other problems.
Please note that we are only responsible for you if you have applied for unemployment benefit II from the Erlangen Jobcenter or are already receiving it. If you do not receive unemployment benefit II from the Erlangen Jobcenter, please contact the Federal Employment Agency

You will receive advice, support and assistance with the following questions:
- How can I integrate into the German labor market?
- How can I find a suitable language course?
- How do I find work or training?
- How do I prepare application documents?
- What courses and funding opportunities are available?
- How can I find work and promote my integration, even if I have health or family difficulties?
After you have submitted an application for unemployment benefit II to the Erlangen Jobcenter, you will automatically receive an invitation to a profiling interview. Depending on your personal situation, you will be assigned a personal contact person (PAP) in the "Recruitment" or "Case Management" departments. In urgent cases, we will also be happy to arrange an earlier appointment with you.
