Why is the area being redesigned?
The main aim is to significantly improve the quality of traffic and the quality of life for road users and to significantly improve the living environment for residents.
Accessibility of the properties
The accessibility of house entrances, private parking spaces etc. should be guaranteed as far as possible. To this end, the road construction work will be divided into two construction phases. Implementation is expected to take place between May 18 and November 27. The individual construction phases must be carried out with full road closures. For this purpose, a temporary entrance and exit to Hartmannstraße will be created for the GEWOBAU parking garage in the run-up to construction phase 1. Other traffic detour for residents and neighbors will take place via the already completed Schenkstraße. For pedestrians and cyclists, detour or temporary arrangements will be set up if necessary.
