Early help coordination center (KoKi)

Aim

The Early Help Coordination Office supports parents in meeting their parenting responsibilities, even in difficult life situations.

Services

• Advice and support for (expectant) parents
• Development, maintenance and coordination of a reliable network with all institutions, services and professional groups from the healthcare and youth welfare sectors that already work together with the families concerned in a supportive manner
• Advice and support for (expectant) parents, single parents and families with children aged 0 to 3, including in the event of attachment and relationship difficulties with the child, uncertainties in coping with everyday situations as well as financial and housing problems.
• Cooperation with healthcare professionals (e.g. doctors, midwives, early intervention centers) and youth welfare services (e.g. childcare facilities, daycare, family education facilities)
• Referral to further assistance

Advice for parents of children aged 0 to 3 in the event of

• Insecurities with the child, increased crying, sleeping problems, feeding difficulties
• Attachment and relationship difficulties with the child
• Uncertainties in coping with everyday situations with the child
• Mental stress and mental illness
• Addiction problems
• Other social stress
• Financial problems

Our services

• Advice for parents and professionals - anonymously if desired
• On request, we can also come to homes, surgeries and advice centers.
• Counseling is free of charge.
• In accordance with the provisions of the Child and Youth Welfare Act, we are subject to data protection and confidentiality.
