Your tasks:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the legal mandate for the education, upbringing and care of children in the facility
  • Managing and supporting the educational and non-educational staff with technical and service supervision
  • Representing the facility externally to parents and the public
  • Close collaboration with the provider as well as cooperation and networking with other institutions
  • Planning and implementation of educational work in accordance with the principles of the BayKiBiG and the BEP as well as the further development of the educational concept

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or comparable vocational training with recognition as a specialist or a degree in social education or a Bachelor's degree in social work (FH) with state recognition as a social educator or a comparable degree with recognition as a specialist in a childcare facility
  • Very good knowledge of the administrative processes of a daycare center as well as very good knowledge of the BayKiBiG and BayBEP
  • Management experience or the willingness to complete further training for managers is desirable
  • Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and knowledge of KiBiG.web as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject-specific programs are desirable
  • Intercultural competence and gender-sensitive attitude
