Your Responsibilities:
- Professional leadership and efficient scheduling of work groups
- Planning and organizing the use of building materials and equipment, including procurement and invoice processing
- Ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness, as well as compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Coordinating and supervising construction projects carried out by outside contractors
- Handling claims and contributing to technical assessments
- Winter road maintenance duties as part of an on-call rotation
Your Profile:
- Completed advanced training as a master road builder, master mason and concrete worker, master in gardening and landscaping, state-certified construction technician, or comparable advanced training
- Class B driver’s license (please include proof)
- Practical experience in the areas relevant to the position, as well as experience in civil engineering, is desirable
- Strong communication skills, as well as a business-minded approach to thinking and acting
- Personal commitment, willingness to collaborate, and the ability to make decisions and persuade others
