Your tasks:

  • Processing and legal review of guest school applications for elementary school
  • Organizing the transport of pupils outside of public transport, in particular carrying out a Europe-wide tendering procedure and processing applications
  • Processing applications and organizing and handling the accommodation of external vocational school students
  • Renting school and event rooms

Your profile:

  • Career qualification for the second qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or completed employee training course I (BL I)
  • Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
  • Communication, conflict and team skills as well as organizational skills
  • Independent and self-reliant completion of tasks
