The City of Erlangen intends to publish a new edition of the residential building land register in accordance with Section 200 (3) BauGB as at 31.12.2023.
The City of Erlangen intends to publish a new edition of the Residential Building Land Register in accordance with Section 200 (3) BauGB as of 31.12.2023. The Residential Building Land Register lists areas that can be built on immediately or in the foreseeable future for residential construction projects with parcel and plot numbers as well as street names and information on plot size in maps or lists and, if applicable, contains information on the planning law buildability of the areas.
If you are the owner of an affected property, you have the opportunity to object to the inclusion of your property in the maps or lists of the new edition of the residential building land register by
including 12.04.2024 in writing.
Objections received at a later date can only be taken into account to the extent that the deletion of the information is possible without disproportionate effort. The properties will then be removed at the latest with the next new edition of the residential building land register.
