The youth welfare offices bear public responsibility for the successful upbringing of children and young people. The Erlangen City Youth Welfare Office is also a major provider of daycare facilities. These include 16 municipal facilities with crèches, kindergartens, houses for children and after-school care centers.
The "Haus für Kinder Röthelheim 11acht" facility is newly opened and comprises a crèche and kindergarten.

Your tasks:
- Active participation in setting up the new facility and further development of the concept

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a state-recognized childcare worker or training recognized as a pedagogical supplement according to the Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BayKiBiG)
- Creativity and an eagerness to think in terms of designing educational activities to meet the children's needs
- Enjoy taking on responsibility
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner and to innovate
- Basic conceptual understanding of participatory work in a team and with the children
