The youth welfare offices bear public responsibility for the successful upbringing of children and young people. The Erlangen City Youth Welfare Office is also a major provider of daycare facilities. This includes 16 municipal facilities with crèches, kindergartens, a house for children and after-school care centers.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or curative educator or a degree in social education (FH) or a Bachelor's degree in social work with state recognition as a social educator or training recognized as a pedagogical specialist according to the Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BayKiBiG) or completed vocational training as a state-recognized childcare worker
  • Creativity and imagination with regard to the design of educational programs according to the children's needs
