The youth welfare offices bear public responsibility for the successful upbringing of children and young people. The Erlangen City Youth Welfare Office is also a major provider of daycare facilities. This includes 16 municipal facilities with crèches, kindergartens, a house for children and after-school care centers.

Your tasks:
- Independent and autonomous work with the children entrusted to you
- Planning and implementation of educational work in accordance with the Bavarian education and upbringing plan
- Designing the educational work in accordance with our concept
- Creating an educational partnership with the parents
- Imaginative and imaginative implementation of our educational priorities
- Organizational and documentation tasks
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or curative educator or a degree in social education (FH) or a Bachelor's degree in social work with state recognition as a social educator or training recognized as a pedagogical specialist according to the Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BayKiBiG) or completed vocational training as a state-recognized childcare worker
- Creativity and imagination with regard to the design of educational programs according to the children's needs
- Enjoy taking on responsibility
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner and to innovate
- Basic conceptual understanding of participatory work in a team and with the children
