Your tasks:
- Providing planned and individual support for children and young people on the basis of the Bavarian education and upbringing plan in accordance with the Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BayKiBiG) and the framework concept of the learning rooms
- The creation of an educational partnership with parents
- Cooperation and networking with predecessor and follow-up facilities, in particular playrooms and youth learning rooms, with schools and specialist youth welfare services as well as external representation of the facility of the municipal youth welfare office
- Organizational and documentation tasks
- Vacation trips and vacation programs
- Support for children in small groups or individual work, in particular for children with special educational and other support needs as part of integration assistance
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or curative educator or a degree in social pedagogy (FH) or Bachelor's degree in social work or training recognized as a pedagogical specialist under the Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BayKiBiG)
- Creativity and imagination with regard to the design of educational programs
- Skills in integrative work and in working with children with special needs
- Basic conceptual understanding of participatory work in a team and with the children
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner as well as the ability to innovate
