Your tasks:

  • Planned and individual educational, social and academic support for children and young people from the 5th grade onwards on the basis of the Bavarian Child Education and Care Act (BayKiBiG) and the framework concept of the play and learning rooms
  • Cooperation and coordination with schools, other facilities in the district as well as specialist services and network partners
  • Planning, coordination and preparation of school-leaving qualifications as well as support for young people in finding a career and training place
  • Vacation trips and vacation programmes, planning and implementation of project-based learning as well as organizational and documentation tasks
  • Supporting young people in small groups and individual work, in particular for young people with special needs as part of integration assistance

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or comparable vocational training with recognition as a specialist or a degree in social education or a bachelor's degree in social work (FH) with state recognition or a comparable degree with recognition as a specialist in a child day care facility
  • Creativity and inventiveness with regard to the organization of educational offers for young people, occasionally outside the weekly structure
  • Skills in integrative work and in working with children and young people with special needs
  • Basic conceptual understanding of participatory work in a team and with children and young people
  • Ability to build sustainable educational relationships with young people
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner as well as the ability to innovate and enjoy working with the adolescent age group and intercultural work
