Internship in open youth social work

Are you studying a social studies course and enjoy communicating with people? Do you enjoy working with young people, accompanying and supporting them? Are you interested in getting to know the work of open youth social work and getting involved with your personality? Then you've come to the right place as an intern at the Open Youth Social Work Bruck @ONE.

We are looking for a semester intern for the open youth social work meeting place in Bruck as soon as possible.
Unsolicited applications are possible for the other open youth social work facilities in the city of Erlangen. Applications are coordinated by the Bruck@ONE facility within the Open Youth Social Work department.

Your tasks

• Accompanying the open meeting place, learning support, counseling, crisis support
• Support with projects and offers
• Independent planning and implementation of projects and services
• Handling administrative and organizational processes
• Participation in working groups and committees
• Work shadowing

We expect

• Enrollment in a social studies program
• Minimum age: 18 years
• You enjoy communicating with people
• You set boundaries within the framework of pedagogical processes
• You are willing to support and accompany young people in special life situations
• You enjoy contributing your own interests and strengths in the form of offers or projects
• You have an appreciative attitude
• You have a good grasp of things
• You are socially competent, a team player and have organizational skills

The following are desirable

• Previous educational experience, but not a prerequisite
