Your tasks:

  • Preparation of letters and notices in the enforcement of building and monument protection law, in particular in the approval procedure and the building inspection intervention administration
  • Legal examination of objections and complaints and preparation of statements in administrative disputes
  • Implementation of administrative enforcement measures
  • Comprehensive legal advice and support for the technical clerks
  • Representation of the department head

Your profile:

  • Career qualification for the third qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or successful completion of employee training course II (BL II)
  • Sound knowledge of general administrative law and ideally building law
  • Understanding of construction engineering and construction planning issues
  • Independent, careful and analytical way of working
  • Reliability, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
