Your Responsibilities:
- Implementing digitalization at the City Youth Welfare Office, including the analysis and mapping of administrative processes as well as software-supported process optimization
- Development of department-specific online forms
- Technical administration of the LittleBird and Parent apps
- Assisting with the rollout of new departmental applications and department-specific online services
- Project coordination and participation in projects related to the selection and implementation of new software solutions
Your Profile:
- Eligibility for the third qualification level of the “Natural Sciences and Technology” professional track with a focus on administrative informatics, or a completed bachelor’s or diploma degree (from a university of applied sciences) in computer science or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of general administrative law, data protection, and civil law is desirable
- Solid IT skills in MS Office, working with databases and artificial intelligence, XIMA, or comparable software for creating online forms
- Knowledge of project management and process optimization is an advantage
- Very good understanding of administrative and IT processes
- Initiative, the ability to work in a team, and negotiation skills, as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
