Your tasks:
- Determining and monitoring the water cent levy, including determining the levy obligation, determining the amount of the levy obligation as well as issuing and amending cost assessment notices, ordering estimates of the water cent and reporting administrative offenses to the legal office
- Digitization, recording and maintenance of all legal acts and notifications under water law in a digital water book
- Entering and changing master data for the wastewater levy
Your profile:
- Career qualification for the second qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or successfully completed employee training course I (BL I)
- Legal knowledge of water law (WHG and BayWG as well as related ordinances and administrative regulations) and general administrative law is desirable
- Ability to work independently, decisiveness and commitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a confident and service-oriented manner
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the specialist programs IHV and ADAMAS
