Your Responsibilities:
- Defining the workflows for audit-proof inventory counts and coordinating responsibilities
- Developing and monitoring staffing, scheduling, and resource plans for inventory counts
- Designing and implementing the use of technical tools for recording assets and preparing inventory documentation
- Conducting training sessions and providing orientation for inventory managers, as well as advising departmental offices
- Designing and refining regulations for the city center
- Representation in matters related to fixed asset accounting, inventory movements, and investment calculations
Your Profile:
- Eligibility for the third qualification level of the “Administration and Finance” specialized career track, or completion of Employee Training Course II (BL II), or a degree as a Bachelor of Business Administration (FH) or a Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Comprehensive legal knowledge of budget-related regulations and the principles of proper inventory management is an advantage
- Practical experience in the areas relevant to the position is desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as assertiveness and the ability to persuade
- An independent and meticulous work style, with a focused and dedicated approach to working with numbers and data
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as experience using the specialized software “nsk” or a willingness to learn how to use the subject-specific programs
