Your Responsibilities:
- Implementation of sociocultural neighborhood programs in the Büchenbach district
- Development, organization, and implementation of recreational, cultural, and informational events, as well as special projects for all age groups
- Program-based collaboration with individuals, social and cultural groups, as well as associations and various institutions
- Advising and supporting civic engagement by individuals, groups, and organizations
- Networking among the various institutions and groups in the aforementioned neighborhood
- Collaboration on the development of concepts and the management of public relations and media outreach
Your Profile:
- A completed degree (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor’s) in Cultural Studies, Cultural Management, Cultural Education, Social Sciences, Social Pedagogy, Theater Education, Theater and Media Studies, Literary Studies, or a comparable field of study
- Relevant professional experience in community work is a plus
- A Class B driver’s license is preferred (please include proof)
- Good oral and written foreign language skills, especially in English, are desirable
- High degree of flexibility regarding working hours and a willingness to work outside of regular business hours
- Strong communication, intercultural, organizational, and conceptual skills, the ability to work independently, and an openness to sociocultural approaches
