Your tasks:

  • Central client reception and management for three subject areas, in particular conducting registration interviews following personal and telephone consultations with clients and appointment management
  • General office/administrative work, in particular creating and maintaining files, managing data via EDP and managing the answering machine as well as incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative and clerical tasks for both the managers and the specialists at the advice center

Your profile:

  • The career qualification for the second qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path or completed vocational training as an administrative assistant or successfully completed employee training course I (BL I) or completed three-year vocational training as an office clerk
  • Good communication and cooperation skills, ability to work in a team and ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as an independent and careful way of working
  • Good IT and MS Office skills and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
