Your tasks:
- Enforcement of immission control laws and regulations, including implementation of the relevant administrative procedures
- Tracking deficiencies, checking measurement reports and reporting obligations and reporting to higher authorities
- Enforcement of the chimney sweep law
- Processing citizens' inquiries and complaints about nuisances and harmful environmental impacts in the area of immissions
Your profile:
- Completed employee training course II (BL II) or career qualification for the third qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path
- Legal knowledge of immission control law (BImSchG, BImSchV) and administrative action
- Basic technical understanding
- Independence and initiative, in particular to continuously deepen legal knowledge and follow legal changes
- Good conflict and communication skills
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
