Your tasks:
- Advising childminders on all aspects of childcare
- Qualification and further training opportunities for childminders
- Carrying out home visits to childminders to continuously monitor the childcare situation
- Advising parents and finding suitable places with childminders
- Participation in team meetings
- Administrative activities
Your profile:
- A degree in social education or a bachelor's degree in social work with state recognition (please enclose proof)
- Legal knowledge of SGB VIII, BayKiBiG, AV BayKiBiG is desirable
- Possession of a class B driving license is desirable (please enclose proof)
- High social and personal competence, ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
- Good IT and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs
