Your tasks:
- Comprehensive implementation of urban land-use planning procedures including the preparation of urban development contracts in cooperation with third parties
- Independent development of planning concepts, specialist plans, design plans and informal plans
- Managing complex planning projects with significance for urban planning and urban development
- Checking the admissibility of projects under planning law, securing urban land-use planning, site assessments and advising third parties
- Supporting external planning and preparing contributions to specialist plans of other planning bodies
- Providing input for municipal committees, preparing documents and responding to inquiries
Your profile:
- A university degree (Diploma / Bachelor) in urban and regional planning, spatial and environmental planning, architecture with a focus on urban planning / urban development or geography
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction planning and environmental law is required
- Professional experience in urban or urban land-use planning, preferably in public administration, with design expertise at all levels of urban planning as well as IT skills (GIS and AutoCAD) is desirable
- Ability to work independently in a team as well as commitment, resilience, organizational talent and negotiating skills
- Willingness to participate in events and meetings, possibly also in the evening and at weekends
