District workshop 56nord for Büchenbach-Nord

During the ISEK process from April 2020, the "Stadtteil-Werkstatt 56nord" and its assistant started the work of the preliminary neighborhood management. This took up the wish expressed early on for a "district caretaker" from the neighborhood.

Initially equipped with a cargo bike for mobile and outreach work in the residential areas, the district workshop 56nord has now found a permanent home: Room 56nord at Büchenbacher Anlage 27a is the meeting place and contact point for all questions, comments and ideas regarding the ISEK and the further development of Büchenbach-Nord. Neighborhood manager Katja Eichinger is the face of the district workshop 56nord on site in Büchenbach. She is supported by Anna Barth and Maren Hartmann.

The district workshop 56nord works together with the administration, the district advisory council, associations, schools and much more. Their aim is to ensure that the residents of Büchenbach-Nord enjoy living in their district and have the opportunity to actively participate in changes.

To ensure that the area develops well for everyone, the district workshop 56nord needs the support of all interested residents and district stakeholders. After all, the people who live and work in Büchenbach-Nord know best where the shoe pinches or what is already working well.
