Your tasks:
- Permanent responsibility for delegated management tasks and deputizing in the absence of the facility manager
- Shaping the pedagogical orientation in cooperation with the facility management and the team
- Creating a relationship with the children and, building on this, their planned and individual educational, social and emotional support as well as intensive parent work and advice
- Managing integrative work and the corresponding support measures in collaboration with specialist services and cooperation partners
- Cooperation and networking with predecessor and follow-up facilities, in particular family educational facilities and the learning rooms in the district, with schools and specialist youth welfare services as well as external representation of the facility of the municipal youth welfare office
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator or comparable vocational training with recognition as a specialist or a degree in social education or a Bachelor's degree in social work (FH) with state recognition or a comparable degree with recognition as a specialist in a child day care facility
- Experience in working with children with special needs
- Intercultural competence and a gender-sensitive attitude, as well as a respectful and boundary-observing attitude towards the children
- Counseling-specific or method-oriented additional qualifications are an advantage
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills, participative leadership
