Your Responsibilities:

  • Covering absences and assuming management duties, including personnel and budget responsibility, as acting director of the Kriegenbrunn Children’s House
  • Planning and implementing educational programs in accordance with the principles of the BayKiBiG and the BEP
  • Trust-based collaboration with parents in the spirit of an educational partnership
  • Cooperation and networking with schools, other neighborhood institutions, and specialized youth welfare services
  • Active participation in group activities

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a state-certified early childhood educator or comparable vocational training with certification as a specialist, or a completed degree as a certified social pedagogue or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (FH) with state recognition, or a comparable degree with recognition as a specialist in a child care facility
  • Several years of experience working with children is desirable
  • A leadership approach characterized by appreciation and acceptance, with a focus on employees
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Initiative and dedication, intercultural competence, and a gender-sensitive approach
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as a willingness to learn how to use subject-specific software
