Your tasks:
- Responsible for developing a facility concept together with the main stakeholders of the district house and managing integrated program planning
- Programmatic implementation of socio-cultural district work through the development, organization and implementation of various events, special projects and group offers for all age groups and social classes
- Coordination and networking of socio-cultural district work offers in the Büchenbach district
- Representing the entire institution internally and externally as well as marketing, public relations and media work
- Supervising the staff of the district center and planning staff deployment in coordination with the district library
- Budget responsibility and controlling of the facility budget, including grants, donation and sponsor acquisition
Your profile:
- Completed studies (Diploma [FH] or Bachelor) in the field of cultural studies or social sciences
- High flexibility and ability to work under pressure as well as great commitment and willingness to work outside normal business hours
- Management experience with the ability and willingness to motivate, challenge and encourage employees is desirable
- Conceptual and economic thinking as well as initiative
- Strong communication and conflict management skills as well as assertiveness and negotiating skills
