Your responsibilities:
- Implementation of the B3S industry safety standard in automation, control, and network technology
- System administration for the anomaly detection system, Sinec NMS, and central process control system, the client-server architecture, and the associated network peripherals
- Operation, analysis, expansion, and maintenance of programmable logic controllers and telecontrol technology for process automation at the wastewater treatment plant and all external structures
- Implementation of process engineering specifications in automation and control technology
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues in network technology as well as in the areas of PLCs and SPs, and the maintenance and creation of technical documentation
Your Profile:
- Completed advanced training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on information and communication technology, or as a state-certified technician in information technology with at least three years of completed training in the field of electrical engineering
- Class B driver’s license (please include proof)
- Good computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); good knowledge of relevant electrical engineering standards and guidelines (e.g., VDE standards) is an advantage
- Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of server and network technology, automation technology, process control technology, telecontrol technology, and building management systems
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a cost-effective approach to thinking and working
