Your tasks:
- Subsequent audit of municipal construction measures from tendering to invoicing as well as engineering/specialist planning services and their invoicing with subsequent preparation of an audit report and presentation of the results in the Audit Committee to the political decision-makers
- Contract award audits in accordance with the provisions of the municipal procurement guidelines and documentation of the content
- Project support for building construction measures in accordance with internal regulations, usually as part of the design planning process
- Prevention of corruption/anti-corruption in the construction sector (conceptual considerations, advice and training, action in suspected cases)
- Advising departments on public procurement law and fee law; collaboration on amendments to internal city regulations and participation in the working group of Bavarian audit and auditing offices
- Representation in the area of technical auditing for civil engineering and building construction
Your profile:
- Completed studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur*in (FH) or Bachelor in the field of architecture, civil engineering, construction management, construction management or industrial engineering construction or comparable courses of study or the career qualification for the third qualification level of the "Natural Science and Technology" career path, with a focus on civil engineering and environmental administration services
- Thorough and comprehensive specialist knowledge of structural engineering and architecture in building construction as well as several years of professional experience
- Sound knowledge of public procurement and contract law (HOAI, VOB and VgV etc.)
- A class B driving license is desirable (please provide proof)
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good IT skills (MS Office, nsk, various construction and public procurement software packages)
- Determination, initiative and willingness to work in a team
