Your tasks:

  • Supporting the office management in organizational matters, for example in the staffing plan procedure, the optimization of structures and work processes, as well as in general personnel matters, such as personnel selection, personnel planning and development
  • Budget, finance, controlling, cost and performance accounting, in particular contact person and clarification of all budgetary issues as well as implementation of budgeting regulations, responsibility for budget preparation procedures and the preparation of regular controlling reports on expenditure
  • Clarification of legal issues in the office area in coordination with the office management, the departments and the legal office as well as support, advice and monitoring of all procurement procedures of the office

Your profile:

  • The career qualification for the 3rd qualification level of the "Administration and Finance" career path, completed Employee Training Course II (BL II) or a completed university of applied sciences degree (diploma or bachelor's degree) in administrative management, public management, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Communication skills and assertiveness
  • Basic knowledge of administrative law and the relevant legal regulations, in particular budget, procurement and data protection law, is desirable
