The road surface on Damaschkestraße, including the road markings, is being renewed to make traffic routes in the city area safer. This necessitates a full road closure in the south section from Hans-Sachs-Straße to Neumühle from Tuesday, September 10 to Friday, October 18.

Furthermore, from Tuesday, September 10, to Thursday, October 31, the turning area in the north construction section will be fully closed until Hans-Sachs-Straße. Streets leading into the road can only be used as dead ends. The one-way street regulations will be suspended during this time. A cycle path detour via Schallershofer Straße will be signposted. Pedestrians can cross the construction site via the eastern sidewalk.
