Your tasks:
- Support in the digitalization of processes and workflows within the city administration
- Support in the creation and maintenance of websites and web forms
- Independent implementation of changes and updates to the website and web forms
- Independent communication with clients (first and second level support)
- Answering support requests in the area of web management and online forms
- Contributing your own ideas and suggestions for improvement
Your profile:
- Enrolled student with a strong affinity for IT
- Initial experience in the area of content management systems (CMS)
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with the CMS (RYVE) and the city's online form system (XIMA Formcycle)
- Interest in the areas of usability, UI/UX design and digital accessibility. First work experience is an advantage.
- Communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery) an advantage but not a requirement.
