With its Integrated Urban Development Concept (ISEK) for southeast Erlangen, the city of Erlangen aims to actively address the challenges facing the neighborhood. The goal is to improve social cohesion and the integration of all population groups.

- New construction of a community, social, and health center (completion in 2025)
- Redesign of public street spaces in the Housing Area (planned completion in 2026)
Project duration until approximately 2032 (approximately 15 years)
