For the initial final construction (including partial measures) of roads, the municipalities, in their capacity as road construction authorities, levy development contributions in accordance with the Development Contribution Ordinance (for more information on development contributions, see the reference under “Related Links”).
The resident certificate documents the settlement status of a property with regard to development contribution law.
The property for which a resident certificate is being requested must be specifically identified, and proof of ownership and an extract from the cadastral map must be attached.
If the application is not submitted by the owner, the applicant must provide a power of attorney or a written consent form from the property or apartment owner.
The application must include the owner's name and address, as well as a description of the property (street, house number, cadastral district, and parcel number). It may also be submitted informally.
