Online Service for Viticulture - Electronic Wine Accompanying Document Procedure (eWeinBV)
You need a wine transport document to transport unpackaged wine products.
Wine products are
- grapes,
- grape must,
- must,
- wine,
- sparkling wine,
- sparkling wine,
- liqueur wine, and
- distilled wine.
The accompanying document authorizes you to transport wine products from the producer to a facility for further processing or use, such as a winery. You are required to use an accompanying document.
You need a wine transport document in the following cases:
- You are transporting unpackaged wine products in quantities exceeding 60 liters.
- You are transporting wine products in labeled containers of more than 10 liters that are sealed with a non-reusable closure.
- The distance traveled by the wine products is more than 70 kilometers
- from the vineyard to the winemaking facility,
- between two facilities of the same company,
- between the facilities of a producers’ association.
You can apply for the issuance of wine accompanying documents in writing or online with the relevant district administrative authority.
The accompanying documents can be issued in paper form or electronically.
You can obtain the five-part carbon copy form for the accompanying documents from the relevant district administrative authority.
