Within the framework of social housing promotion, there are funding opportunities for the creation of rental and cooperative housing, the construction and purchase of owner-occupied homes or condominiums as well as for the adaptation of housing to the needs of people with disabilities.
Funding is excluded if construction has begun or the notarized purchase contract has been concluded before the funding is approved. It is therefore recommended that you arrange a consultation appointment with your responsible district administrative authority (district office or independent city) at an early stage.
