County Roads; Road Construction

The counties and municipalities not part of a county construct and maintain the county roads within their territory. Pursuant to Article 59 of the Bavarian Road Act (BayStrWG), the counties may delegate the administration of county roads (with the exception of roads passing through towns with more than 25,000 residents) to the state building authorities.
