With General Circular Road Construction No. 13/2011 of October 18, 2011, published in the Verkehrsblatt, the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development issued the Guidelines for Landscape Conservation Accompanying Planning in Road Construction (RLBP), 2011 edition, and the sample maps for the uniform design of landscape conservation accompanying plans in road construction (sample maps LBP), 2011 edition.
The RLBP and the LBP sample maps are being introduced with amendments and adaptations for the Bavarian Road Construction Administration. Due to the close interlinking with the "Guidelines for the planning process and for the uniform design of design documents in road construction, 2012 edition" (RE 2012), please also refer to the circular letter from the then Supreme Building Authority in the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior dated May 31, 2013, Ref.: IID2-43411-007/90 on the introduction of RE 2012, which also refers to the documents of the accompanying landscape conservation planning in several places.
The use of the guidelines, sample maps and the adaptations issued for them requires relevant nature conservation, legal and landscape planning expertise. It is intended for specialists in the field of landscape planning.
- The required documents are determined in each individual case by the project sponsor and the responsible licensing authority.
