Nature conservation; preparation of statements in administrative proceedings

The higher nature conservation authorities at the governments and the lower nature conservation authorities at the district administration offices and independent cities prepare nature conservation assessments and statements, e.g. as part of administrative procedures such as regional planning, regional planning, planning approval, urban land use planning and land consolidation procedures as well as in the context of permits under immission control, building and water law.
