The following tasks should be mentioned in detail:
- Monitoring of processing plants, intermediate treatment plants, storage plants, incineration or co-incineration plants, fat processing plants, biogas plants, composting plants, pet food plants, plants that feed animal by-products, collection points for animal by-products, animal cemeteries, pasteurization plants, users for diagnostic, teaching and research purposes, manufacturers and users of organic fertilizers, traders, dairies and transporters of animal by-products.
- Monitoring of businesses that process animal carcasses, parts of animal carcasses and products of animal origin into animal feed or pharmaceutical or technical products.
- Validation and control of process requirements and methods in processing plants for animal by-products.
