Biography

Born in Würzburg, I attended school there and subsequently began my training with the Bavarian Police. After completing my training, I was transferred to Erlangen and initially worked on patrol duty. Later, I worked as a youth prevention officer and was responsible for police youth protection in the city for several years. In 2014, I completed a degree program at the University of Applied Sciences for Civil Servants in the Department of Police Studies in Sulzbach-Rosenberg.

After graduation, I joined the Nuremberg Criminal Investigation Department in a specialized unit for juvenile repeat offenders. I was subsequently elected to the Middle Franconia Police Staff Council and served as a full-time staff council member with an office at the Erlangen Police Department. I have been a member of the Erlangen City Council since 2014, serving as the chair of the CSU City Council caucus from 2020 to 2026. In 2026, I was elected mayor. I am married and live in the Bruck district of Erlangen.
