Raising children is one of the most responsible tasks there is. It involves a multitude of wonderful but also challenging situations that parents are confronted with. They are pushed to their limits and beyond. The result: in some cases, children are restricted in one of their essential rights: to grow up in a safe environment. If the child's welfare is at risk, the General Social Service (ASD) and the Special Social Service (BSD) of the City Youth Welfare Office are primarily called upon.
