The monthly edition presents people and topics from the administration in detailed reports. There is also information on current cultural and leisure activities as well as important news from politics and administration.
Rathausplatz 1" is available free of charge at the town hall, in many municipal facilities, at the tourist information office (Goethestraße 21a) as well as in day-care centers, retirement homes and senior citizens' drop-in centers.

Efficiency through budget consolidation concept
In order to secure future investments in schools, childcare and the city's infrastructure, the city must present a budget consolidation concept. At its December meeting, Erlangen City Council decided to draw up a corresponding concept. This must then be submitted to the government of Middle Franconia as the responsible supervisory authority.

Around 600 groups, institutions and associations and many more individuals volunteer in Erlangen. Every year, the city thanks them for their exemplary work at the traditional volunteering event in the Markgrafentheater.
