Your tasks:

• Active participation in the Erlangen City Library
• Procurement, acquisition, familiarization and cataloguing of media
• Researching and providing media and information for the city's citizens
• Advising readers on the selection of media
• Support with public relations and event work
• Assisting with guided tours, reading sessions and other activities for children and young people
• Creating articles for the Erlangen City Library's social media channels and blog

Your profile:

• You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent, recognized foreign educational qualification
• You are interested in new information technologies and digital media
• You are creative and have good planning and organizational skills
• You enjoy working with people and enjoy working in a team
• You can express yourself well orally and in writing
