Jobcenter: Current availability - Performance

The benefits department of the Erlangen Jobcenter in the town hall will only be available to a limited extent on the hotline from 29.04. to 22.05.2024. Appointment bookings for personal consultations are also only possible to a limited extent. Requests can be sent by email(jobcenter-leistung@stadt.erlangen.de) or via our contact form. Documents can also still be posted in the town hall letterbox (address: City of Erlangen, Erlangen Jobcenter - Benefits Department, 553).

Personal appointments without an appointment are not possible.

Please note that we have a very high number of applications. At the same time, there is a lack of staff. This is why processing is taking longer at the moment. You can help us by submitting applications early, refraining from asking about the status and submitting complete documents.
