Hotline hours starting June 15, 2026:
Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The staff members in the Benefits Department are available by phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Please use the reference number from the most recent letter or notice you received to determine the correct contact person for your inquiry. The hotline is also available to you outside of these hours.

In-person visits without an appointment are not possible.

Please note that we are currently receiving a very high volume of applications. At the same time, we are short-staffed. As a result, processing is taking longer than usual. You can help us by submitting your applications early, refraining from inquiring about the status of your application, and submitting all required documents.
