Appeal for donations: Recreation camp for Ukrainian children

Around 20 children from Browary are to forget the horrors of war for at least ten days at the beginning of August.
Children in particular are suffering from the war in Ukraine and experience violence and destruction on a daily basis. Their everyday lives are characterized by air raids, waiting in bomb shelters, sleepless nights and constant fear. Some have lost a parent or relative in the war or have had to leave their home town.
A few days at the youth farm and more
At the request of the mayor of Browary, Igor Sapozhko, the city of Erlangen is organizing a recreational camp for children from Erlangen's solidarity partner city at the beginning of August. The aim is to enable around 20 Ukrainian children from Browary to forget the horrors of war for at least ten days. Among other things, a few days are planned at the youth farm, where they can take part in a leisure program and meet other children.
