The integrative playroom in the Röthelheim11acht family center is a daycare facility for children from the age of 3 until they start school.
The municipal playrooms are aimed at children and families in difficult life situations and work with them in an appreciative, supportive and intensive way. The focus is on jointly improving the children's future prospects.
The facility currently has space for a total of 16 children and offers up to 4 integrative places. An expansion to two groups with a total of 32 children and 8 integrative places is planned in the near future.
The 11acht family center is located at Hartmannstraße 118 in the Röthelheim district.
A situation-oriented approach based on the children's living environment should give the child the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in an appreciative and positive atmosphere so that they can move on to the next stage of their lives when they start school. Accompanied by a close educational partnership with the parents or guardians.
The following rooms are available for each group: one main group room, two adjoining group rooms, toilet with bathroom. There is also a multi-purpose room that can be used by both groups, as well as a therapy room for special activities. A large roof terrace offers plenty of space for outdoor play with climbing, play and seating facilities
The educational concept is based on the guidelines of the Bavarian Education Plan. The holistic support is based on the child's respective stage of development and is underpinned by the principle of supporting the child's independence.
